Ordering a Semi-Custom Invitation Design

Ready to take the next step? Browse our designs below, then get in touch for a proposal. We recommend reaching out at least 5 months before your big day!

Browse our semi-custom invitation collection below and select your favourite template.
Then explore our design guide to refine the details, including your paper, print method, colours and calligraphy style. You can also add on embellishments such as envelope liners, wax seals and calligraphy addressing to your proposal request.
Once you're happy with your selections, request a proposal. We’ll prepare pricing specific to your guest count. Final order quantities can be confirmed during the design process.
Once you accept our proposal and pay 50% to begin, we ask you to complete our design questionnaire, which includes your wording. You’ll receive a mock up to review, where you can submit one round of minor edits (e.g. wording, colour, paper). Final quantities must then be provided and final balance paid before it moves into production.
How long does the process take?
Typically 8 weeks, but is dependent on your replies so may be faster. Please allow at least 4 weeks for production plus shipping time. Rush service may be available - please enquire for pricing.
How much does a semi-custom design cost?
Our minimum is $1500 USD / $2500 NZD for 50 digitally printed invitations, a small response card, your return address printed on the invitation envelope and complimentary courier of these items (up to $90 USD international shipping value). While you can order a lesser quantity, our minimum applies. Please get in touch to discuss!
