From the proposal to your invitations arriving in the mail
Every couple is planning a unique wedding, that’s why we tailor a wedding stationery proposal based on your specific needs and quantities. Once you have selected your favourite suite from our semi-custom invitation collection, send us an enquiry to get started.

ORDERING WEDDING STATIONERY
01/ PROPOSAL & PAPERWORK
Once you’ve selected an invitation design, send us an enquiry and tell us more about your plans. We’ll prepare a pricing proposal for you to review and make changes as necessary. Once you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll send over paperwork to begin the booking process.
02/ BOOKING & INVITATION WORDING
A 50% payment is payable so we can begin the wedding stationery design process, which includes working through your invitation wording. The wording is usually the longest part of the design process, so we start there to sort out all the details!
03/ DESIGN & REFINE
We’ll ask you to complete our design questionnaire to confirm your selections. From there, we’ll create your invitations based on your preferences and send through a realistic mock-up with a print draft to review. There is one round of revisions included for spelling edits, or changes to wording, colors, and materials selected.
04/ PRODUCTION & PACKAGING
Once you’ve approved your design for production, the balance of your stationery order is payable. Please allow 4 weeks for production once we have received payment. Additional production time may apply depending on specific items requested ~ we’ll advise you ahead of time so you can decide if this fits in your timeline.
